IT Support for the Professional

JSL has supported our school for a number of years. They have advised us on appropriate equipment to buy and have arranged purchase, delivery, installation and speedy resolution of any problems.

All of their personnel are extremely friendly and have shown great patience when helping school staff, especially those who are less confident when using new technology. We have always been delighted with their service!

We recently underwent a migration to Office365 which entailed JSL liaising with our Group IT and, thanks to the skills and pro-active attitude of JSL staff everything could not have gone better.

As with any IT project there are always unforeseen issues and technical hiccups but JSL just took them in their stride and resolved them all.

When we transitioned from local county to JSL they made the process seamless.

They worked with us to prepare for the transition and were available on the first day back of term to ensure any issues could be responded to immediately.

JSL invested a lot of time at the pre-contract stage ensuring that our needs could be accommodated and have done a fabulous job in advising us accordingly. Their level of expertise in this field has been instrumental in informing key decisions, including guidance on external contractors and sourcing the right products.

Stony Dean have had JSL Broadband now for a number of years.  Modern schools are dependent upon reliable and high-speed broadband connection to operate. Every aspect of the school life, from registers, to school lunches, to teaching depends on integrity of a highly effective broadband connection. 

We have been with JSL for many years now.  They look after all our IT systems as well as our broadband.  We are very happy with the level of support they offer us, and find the service very professional, friendly and efficient.
