After seeing how often IT service providers were failing to provide quality support that actually helped by selling support packages or products that don’t suit purpose for their customer’s needs, JSL’s Managing Director, Jai Lablans, decided it was time the industry needed to change.
Founded in 2003, JSL Computers (now JSL Services Group Ltd) started with one mantra “a company that prides itself on offering a “personal service” to our customers”. We believe in doing business in an ethical way and have built our success on the success of our customers. We want our customers to meet their objectives in an economical and efficient way, without compromising on quality, and support them in that journey. Covering all areas of IT Services from design to support and implementation this core tenant still holds true to this day.
Now JSL has grown. With a core team of IT engineers having over 70 years’ combined experience in IT. We understand that IT can be complex and at times frustrating! That’s why our expert team of IT support technicians have one goal – to make IT simple! We don’t want to wow you with our in-depth technical knowledge – customer service is at the heart of everything we do at JSL. That’s why we have developed our services and products from regular IT support visits, broadband, VoIP and even GDPR services – to ensure our customers have simple, cost-effective systems which can be fully managed by JSL.
JSL’s main mission still remains to offer the best levels of service possible. Working as an extension of your technical team rather than an outside contractor, we aim to be with our customers for the long term, building close and lasting relationships.
